Direct Deposit
|

| T.O.P.S. Staffing Services allows employees to have their pay directly deposited into a checking or savings account. Pay is credited and available two (2) days after your time card is processed (usually Thursday). This can become effective after a trial period of approximately two weeks from application for direct deposit.

Holiday Pay
|
|
Upon completion of 500 year-to-date hours you will also be eligible for holiday pay.
To qualify for the holiday pay, you must work the day prior to
and the day after the holiday. Please contact you local T.O.P.S.
Staffing Services office and we will submit the appropriate hours to payroll for
processing.

Medical Insurance
|
|
| All T.O.P.S. Staffing
Services employees are eligible for medical insurance that is partially funded by
T.O.P.S. Staffing Services. This program includes hospital indemnity, pharmacy discounts,
doctor's office visits, life insurance, and accident benefits. Also, dependent coverage is
FREE when employee chooses coverage. Please

Referral Bonuses
|

T.O.P.S. Staffing Services has several different bonus programs to reward our employees for referrals. The bonus programs remain in effect even if you are hired full-time by one of our clients, or do not need our services. |

T.O.P.S. Staffing Services offers free Qwiz® skills testing and training on today's most popular software applications and operating systems. We offer free testing and training for office skills, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation graphics and database applications.
T.O.P.S. Staffing Services also has Qwiz® Call Center Testing available for employees interested in the customer service field. These interactive skills tests help identify listening and keyboard skills, and also identify those employees that have potential in the customer service field. Please

Vacation

After working 1500 career hours for
T.O.P.S. Staffing Services, you are eligible for vacation pay. Please contact your local
T.O.P.S. Staffing Services office and we will submit the appropriate hours to payroll for processing. |
